It started behind a dam.
In 2018, a family plot at Ubuntu Cove in Ibaro Village, behind Oyan Dam in Abeokuta North, became a working organic farm. No headquarters, no grand plan: just a commitment to grow food in a way that left the soil, and the people around it, better off.
The farm grew the way Ubuntu says things grow: together. Training with farmer cooperatives. Biogas units replacing smoky kitchens. Market access so a good harvest actually became a good income. Each step taught us the same lesson: agriculture works when everyone it touches has a stake in it working.
